Marti Sanders is one of our newer members brought in by Karen Bonanno and inducted on July 15, 2023. Although she doesn’t hold a position in the club beyond Active Member, she will use her skills and experience to help out committees when needed.

Marti is a seasoned professional with a diverse career path. Beginning her journey at the family flower shop, "The Yellow Rose," she cultivated a deep appreciation for community and service. Transitioning into real estate auctioneering from 2002 to 2009, Marti honed her negotiation skills and business acumen. Since 2010, she has been an integral part of ServiceMaster at Bakersfield, where her passion for disaster restoration meets her commitment to helping others.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Marti finds immense joy in her personal life. She shares a beautiful bond with her husband, John Sanders, whom she married in a picturesque ceremony in Portugal two years ago. Together, they cherish their blended family, including their charming cat, Meow. Marti's dedication to her family extends to her role as a grandmother to Holly and Casey, who bring endless laughter and love into her life.

Marti Sanders is not just about business and service; she's also a force to be reckoned with on the athletic field. A passionate runner and triathlete, Marti embraces the exhilaration of physical challenges. Whether she's conquering a half marathon or engaging in a game of pickleball, Marti's zest for life is contagious. Balancing her active lifestyle with her love for food and wine, Marti understands the importance of staying fit and indulging in life's pleasures.
